Expanding into the opposite
Loneliness is a human theme that has nothing to do with "reality". You can be lonely with all your friends around you. In a big family. In a crowded city. Isn't it interesting how loneliness seems to be a general theme for us humans?
I believe we came to earth to explore being 100% human. And we came with a "shopping-list" or a "Human to-do list" including all kinds of experiences of both positive and negative feelings, dark and painful, light and joyful. Because one wouldn't make sense without the other, and both sides of the polarities are interconnected and diametrically opposite each other.
So where is becomes really interesting, is realizing that you can only experience one end of the spectrum as far as you've gone into the opposite end. Think of a pendulum and you get the picture! Or how we pull an arrow backwards to gain momentum for its release!
While most of us struggle when we experience pain and often draw the conclusion we've done something bad or wrong (especially in these LOA times...!) it couldn't be further from the truth! What it means - and our Egos excell at guiding us with these setups - is in fact that we have decided we want to focus on expanding in the opposite direction!
Experiencing loneliness?! Well, what you and your Ego is planning, is deep connection and oneness!
Experiencing lack?! What you really are about to dive into, is abundance and flow!
How exciting is that??! Right now, think if an area in your life that you struggle with and experience a lot of negative emotions. Often, these areas are themes we already have set up from earlier lives, and therefore we explore from our early childhood, meaning they have nothing to do with how positive we are or what LOA attracts because of our current vibrations.
I just want you to know that so that
1) You go easier on yourself AND your Ego (who really is just doing his/ her job!)
2) You can look at your current struggles from a new perspective and instead look forward to the way you already have laid the foundation for experiencing the diametrical opposite!!
Wohoo...!!! Isn't this great news? And if you already knew all this - take this as a reminder:
