So. You have empathy.
You are highly sensitive, and you react to the pain you see in the world and other peoples lives.
This is normal. This is a positive thing.
And you want to help.
This is also a wonderful thing, and I absolutely encourage and applaud you for wanting that!
But before you start? You must know WHAT to do with your emotions and understand how vibrations work, so you act in a constructive way on those vibrational matches you experience in the world!
First of all, please hear this:
If you FEEL the pain from a situation you are trying to relieve or help, You can't help.
I am not talking about compassion here. I am talking about feeling the situation to the degree of physical, mental and emotional pain. Pain in overload, the kind of pain that makes you feel the world is a horrible place, a place of hopelessness and destruction. Yes, that kind. You know what I'm talking about.
Even if you ”go through the motions” and actually DO stuff to help from this place of pain, you are instead actually fueling the flames. You are feeding the energetics by adding your own emotions and energy to the situation.
You MUST remove yourself energetically & vibrationally from the pain and negative emotions of the situation before you can do ANY good by helping!
YOU CAN AND WILL NOT ATTRACT NEGATIVE SITUATIONS IN YOUR LIFE UNLESS YOU ARE A VIBRATIONAL MATCH WITH IT.
Because as long as you are a vibrational MATCH to the pain and negativity of a situation, you are growing, giving focus and strengthening the hold of the negativity of that situation - even if you are trying to help!!!
Compassion in itself is different.
Compassion is driven by love, not fear.
Compassion is not hopeless.
Compassion is not seeing the world as negative, but positive.
Compassion sees the light and hope of a situation and excitedly goes to co-create that.
So the first thing you MUST do if you want to help:
1. Change your focus, to do good at all.
You do this by first of all removing yourself from the situation physically and emotionally.
It is VERY difficult to change your focus and work on your feelings when you are in the middle of an emotionally charged situation. You must change your perspective first! You must change your place in and from the emotionally charged situation.
Then, when you have some distance to the situation,
2. Ask Spirit or your Higher Self, to show you that it is your FEELINGS that are creating what you SEE – not ”reality”!
Then try to understand that it is your woundedness that is creating a vibrational match for the same energy in the world, and that they are fueling each other! Take responsibility for your own emotions. If you do not have the vibration of woundedness, strife, pain or loss in your life? You will simply never receive a match of that from / in the world either.
You only attract that which already exists inside you!
So the best thing for you to do, is first to be aware of that, and NOT act on the vibrational matches you are receiving. And then to take responsibility and care of your OWN healing, so that the hooks from what others are creating in the world – what THEY are creating in THEIR world - will not hook into your wounds. There will be no places for their hooks to fasten or stick!
ONLY when you have taken care of your own emotions and they are under control, you can start being of help to other people.
This you do by
1. Changing your focus to the capability - instead of the Incapability - of the people involved in the situation.
See them and have the intention that they are actually able handle the situation and themselves in a positive way!
2. Change your focus to see the resolution of the situation, instead of the pain and hopelessness of it.
3. Put the intention clearly in your mind and in the universe, that there IS a solution, there WILL be a change, and that you want to be part of the solution instead of the pain!
